Write data to the terminal.

All bytes are accepted; any portion that cannot be flushed to the PTY immediately is buffered and delivered later. The drain callback fires once buffered data has been flushed. Do not re-send any part of data based on the return value.

The number of bytes accepted (the byte length of data)
