Rolls the transaction back. SQL.begin then rejects with ERR_POSTGRES_CONNECTION_CLOSED (or the MYSQL / SQLITE code).

@param options

timeout is how many seconds to wait for the running queries of the transaction before Bun sends ROLLBACK. The default is 0.
